This afternoon, the first period of Sharing mater has come to an end. During the three months of this activity, our colleagues brought us some exciting lessons for their own experience about the routine jobs. Through an intense competition, we choose Mandy who own most votes to be the champion of the first sharing master!
Thanks for all the colleagues sharing their own special skills. After listening to their lessons, all of us have great improvement in different aspects.
I remember most is that Mandy said “No trouble, no business”. It makes me know that only we face the problem positively, can we do business successfully. Facing problem positively is the way showing you are a responsible person and you are reliable.
All members of Dingrun have a great improvement through this period of sharing master. We hope that we can provide our clients better service. We will Do persevere in our efforts and organize more activities like sharing master to improve our internal competitiveness.
