Day seven of competition at the Nanjing Youth Olympics saw China grab two medals in the pool, bring the hosts total in swimming to eight for the competition, and thirteen overall in the water.
In the women's 4x100m freestyle relay. The Chinese team would hold onto the lead heading into the final leg, in fact they were in control, and would ease to victory. Qiu Yuhan, Shen Duo, He Yun and Zhang Yufei claiming gold in 3:41.19. Russia was second. Australia third.
